UniStore Product Exchange Policy

If you receive a product from UniStore with a manufacturing defect or one that is different from what you ordered, please follow these steps to request an exchange:

1. Notify our team about the issue via email within 3 days of receiving your order, providing clear photos of the defective or incorrect product.
2. Please note that exchanges or refunds will not be processed after this deadline.

Once your claim is received, it will be reviewed within 2 business days. If the issue is confirmed, we will contact you via email, and you may choose one of the following options:

• Receive a refund for the amount paid.
• Receive a replacement product identical to the one you ordered.
• Receive a product of similar value.
• Receive a coupon with the value of the product to use for future purchases.

Important:
We do not exchange products due to incorrect size selection. To help ensure accuracy, we provide detailed product measurements in centimeters on our website, so you can select the correct size with confidence.
